Monthly and Annual Tickets

Validity
  • Monthly ticket is valid for a calendar month.
  • Annual ticket is valid for a calendar year.

Ticket categories

  • Monthly or annual tickets can be issued as worker, pupil, student, or retiree tickets.
  • To issue a student ticket, proof of enrollment for the new academic year is required.
  • To issue a pupil ticket (secondary school), proof of enrollment for the new school year is required.
  • The issue of a monthly or annual ticket is charged to new users at the time of first issue, as well as in cases of damage, loss, misuse, change of ticket category, change of personal data listed on the ticket, or other changes beyond the carrier's control that require the issue of a new ticket.
  • For the first issue of a monthly or annual ticket, a one-time fee of EUR 6.00 is charged.
  • You can obtain a monthly or annual ticket at the ticket offices in Gospić, Otočac, Novi Vinodolski, and Plitvička Jezera throughout the year, and in Novalja during the summer season period from June 1st to August 31st.

Price Confirmation

  • The carrier issues price confirmations for transportation upon the personal request of the customer at the ticket offices in Gospić, Otočac, Novi Vinodolski, and Novalja, or online via email inquiry to reklamacije@arriva.com.hr. After the payment confirmation, a price confirmation is issued.
  • The price confirmation is charged according to the carrier's price list.
  • If the passenger requests a price confirmation by presenting a single, monthly, or annual ticket, the issuance of the confirmation is free of charge. If the passenger does not have a valid ticket, the price confirmation is charged according to the applicable carrier's price list.
